Traditional therapy doesn’t work for everyone. After facing our own struggles and frustrations with getting the right support, we created peer to peer solutions we wish we’d had. Thanks to a grant from the Virginia Department of Veteran Services, we now offer these services to Veterans and their families in Virginia at no cost.

One-On-One Coaching
Life doesn’t come with a manual, but we’ve got something better—a brotherhood. Talk with a peer coach who’s been through hell and back. We’re not therapists but we’ve got scars that prove we’ve survived, and we’re here to help you do the same.
You Matter Box
Feeling like things are too heavy to handle? You don’t have to figure it out alone. Send or receive a FREE You Matter Box—a small reminder that someone’s got your back, even when you’re unsure where to turn.
Group Coaching
Find strength in numbers. Join our monthly group calls, where fellow Veterans and their families come together to tackle real-world challenges. Through our “hot seats”, you’ll have the opportunity to get personalized insights and guidance from our coaches.
